About Kai

A lot of my clients are new to the city. I help them understand current market conditions and why Toronto is a place worth putting down roots in. My job is to make that first purchase, or a sale when it's time to move on, feel manageable.

My approach

How I work with you

I spend time making sure you understand what's actually happening in the market before we start looking at homes, rather than assuming you already know. For newcomers especially, that context matters: knowing why a neighbourhood is priced the way it is, or what a certain kind of building means for your day-to-day, helps you make a decision you're comfortable with.

If you're not sure what you need yet, that's a normal place to start. Bring your questions about how things work here, what you can expect to spend, and what matters most to you in a home, and we'll work through it together.

Services

What I help with

Two things, done carefully: helping first-time buyers find their footing, and listing homes for sellers ready to move on.

  1. Listing sales
  2. First-time buyers

How it works

Step 1

A first conversation

We start with where you are: new to the city, ready to sell, or somewhere in between. I ask about your goals and your timing.

Step 2

A plan

I explain current market conditions as they apply to your situation, so the search or the listing has a realistic plan behind it.

Step 3

The work

I help you view homes or prepare a listing, and stay in touch as things move along.

Step 4

The decision

When an offer comes together, on either side, I help you weigh it so you can decide with a clear head.

Get in touch

Start a useful conversation

Before we talk, it helps to think about what you're hoping to do and when. If you're buying, consider what you need day to day and what you can comfortably spend. If you're selling, think about your timing and what you'd like to know about the process.

Bring your questions, even basic ones about how buying or selling works in Toronto. I'd rather spend time making sure you understand the market than have you guess at it. From there we can figure out whether working together makes sense.
